I got many calls from transport brokers, but I decided to work with Laura not only because I had read some good reviews, but because her phone message was clear, concise and professional. I have never transported a car and I wanted to feel I was working with someone who would answer phone calls and emails and would be trustworthy. Laura was all of this. Her quote was competitive and I never felt I was being "hustled." Any phone message or email was answered promptly and she always addressed my question. She helped me determine an appropriate pick-up date, and the entire process went off without a hitch…car was picked up on time, arrived on time, and nothing was removed from the vehicle (we had some bedding and a suitcase packed in the vehicle as my son was returning to college). When I had a question about payment to the driver, Laura answered my email promptly and thoroughly…you don't feel that she doesn't have time for you. She was truly a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her. I will work with her again if we have a need to transport a future vehicle.
