An excellent experience from start to finish. On our initial phone call Laura took the time to explain how car transport works and what options are available, information that proved valid and helpful as I evaluated which carrier to choose. She kept me informed each step of the way. The carrier she found was courteous, punctual, and competent. Laura was easily reached by phone and email. Pick up was punctual and arranged to our convenience.
This service cost a couple hundred dollars more than the minimum quote and was well worth it. I will ask her help again if I have to transport another vehicle.
