Overall my experience with Motor Movers was above-average. Laura Curto was very polite, honest, and professional. When I originally advised her I was going to use a different company to transport my Jeep, she directed me to this website to conduct my due diligence. After having done so, I decided Motor Movers was worth the extra $200 as the other company had terrible reviews. The transport driver "Alex" that they used was also very professional and courteous. He actually arrived at my Denver address two days before the date I was provided as well as two hours before I did and he did not appear upset about waiting for me.
The ONLY issue I had with Motor Movers was their online "quote" that I received two weeks before I needed them and was $450 BELOW the actual price of the transport ($901 vs. $1350). Although Laura explained the transport industry as a whole and why the two prices differed wildly, I just don't understand the reason of providing quotes when they aren't even remotely accurate. Lesson learned: Don't waste your time trying to book a transport weeks beforehand as they will only know the real price a day or two before the service is needed as that is when a driver chooses it off of central dispatch. To be fair, Motor Movers is NOT the only company that does this as I had "quotes" from a couple dozen other companies as well.
I would have given Motor Movers five stars if it wasn't for their online quote which I feel was only provided to attract customers. I DO give Laura five stars though :)

I do personally like to go over all the details as quotes can and sometimes do change dramatically.
