Laura Curto did a nice job getting me a good price with an excellent shipper. She was very candid about the central dispatch system and bidding process, exactly what I expected from a good broker. I submitted a bid at the low end of the quotes I received from various brokers, and my bid got picked up (a few dollars higher) by TES transport out of LA. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to get paired up with a known and proven shipper/carrier. Most of the problems I saw in the negative reviews I read were clearly a result of low quality shippers. If you are able to get your car moved by TES, I give them my strongest endorsement. Car got coast to coast in less than 72 hours! Very conscientious driver. Not even a scratch on the car. The only things I would note are that driver did not want to go into even a large subdivision, so I had to go meet him, not a big deal; it is hard to maneuver and turn around the trailer/carrier. Also I would have liked better reporting on progress and projected delivery date.
