I am active duty military and I was on a very strict timeline to move from the coast to coast for a new assignment. Based on previous commendatory reviews, I contacted Motor Movers and I was not disappointed in the least. I was immediately assigned an account executive who was the sole individual responsible for my transport. I was provided with an electronic quote via email immediately upon discussing my potential movement. Every part of the process was explain in great detail and I was 100% in the know as to how the process worked. My account executive followed up via email and phone call to confirm acceptance of my vehicle by a carrier, and did the same for both pickup and drop off confirmation.

Overall, I am extremely happy with all aspects of the transport. I will be using Motor Movers again here in the next 6 months to transport back to the west coast. I highly recommend their services to all in the need.
