I purchased my 2005 Dodge RAM 1500 from eBay just before the winter season here in Idaho. I decided to submit the vehicle for a shipping quote and got ahold of Estelle, she was very nice over the phone and quite knowledgeable, her quote also beat the offers I had received previously. Over the course of the following week she kept in regular contact as we waited for an offer from a driver, during that time I felt as though I was talking to a very good friend every time we spoke. It was a very pleasant experience getting my truck out here thanks to this wonderful young woman.
