Having a car transported is a traumatic experience. My first attempt at ended in failure. My second attempt took me to Motor Movers and that restored my confidence in the industry.

Mary responded to my every need very promptly and with sincere concern. She took assertive action in obtaining a trucker for my job. The schedule took us to a December 24th delivery and a driver who was willing to do that.

I appreciate the fact that whenever I called Mary she answered the phone promptly and knew my name and situation. Especially in the final call when the delivery took place, but my cashier's check had not arrived at the destination. It took several phone calls before we were able to get a check into the trucker's hands.

As to the condition of the car on arrival: The car was dirty with normal road dirt and mud. That was OK, but the dirt hid all the scratches that were on the left side of the car. It appears to me that my car was transported close to a tree or bush that was dense with tough branches that made several long scratches. I cannot blame Motor Movers for that and I am sympathetic with the driver and his son who got the car to Arizona in otherwise fine condition.
