After researching different estimates. I came in contact with Mary. Mary was upfront in what the costs would be and she explained the reasons behind the prices. Mary was the only one to tell me that the vehicles would be insured. I mentioned to her that I would be transporting sensitive electronics in the car and she was upfront in letting me know that it would be up to the driver's discretion. Though I was told that the pick up would probably be over the weekend, it came a day early on a Friday - luckily I didn't have much to have packed so family was able to prep the car in a matter of 4 hrs.

Because the carrier truck couldn't make it to small surface streets, the moving company offered to pick up my truck and drive it to their location and load it on the truck there. They were okay with a family member dropping off the vehicle. Vehicle loaded on Friday evening at 4p and on Saturday afternoon I got a message from the driver that my car would be arriving to columbus, ga the following evening. The car was here sunday by 7p as promised by the driver.

From motor movers to the carrier company- open lines of communication were effective and the their estimated timeline to actual shipment schedule was great. No hassle or anything upon receiving the vehicle.

Would have no problem recommending this to someone else.
