I would like to express my gratitude to Estelle for her excellent service. I could not expect more. Let me start from the beginning. It was my first time that I wanted to ship a car. I was moving from NY to AZ. I started with searching how to ship a car and got some quote from different websites. After then, I started receiving a lot of call and emails with various rates. After I educated myself about the process, I noticed that I have to find someone that we can establish a mutual trust. I received many low rates but they all wanted mw to pay a fee upfront. When Estelle called, I told her about my budget and my timeline. She explained to me the whole process and details. Eventually she found me a moving company at a very reasonable rate. Sine my apartment was in a small town in westchester county, I had a minor issue with the driver because of road conditions around my place. Estelle called the driver and resolved the issue quickly. She updated me very often, followed up every single thing until the car was delivered. I was only charged when my car was picked up. As the first time user of this service, I would highly recommend this company because of their honest agents.
