I was very impressed with Jessica from our first conversation. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained to me exactly how the entire process worked. Throughout the cycle, she was very good about proactively calling me and alerting me to any necessary updates. She provided me with her cell phone and she was accessible when I needed to reach her on a Sunday. She went above and beyond for client support and I would recommend working with her.
