Great experience overall. Stress free. Very easy to contact Mary, did not have to wait on hold or leave messages for callbacks. Every call was answered immediately by Mary. She explained the process and ensured my vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. When my initial quote was raised by $50, Mary called to ensure I was comfortable with the higher price and worked with me to get a guaranteed delivery date and time. I was provided the transport company's contact details and was able to reach the transport company with no problems. The person that delivered my vehicle had a vehicle condition report and it was clear he inspected the vehicle at pick-up to ensure any cosmetic blemishes or missing items were accounted for. I am certain the vehicle arrived in the same condition it was picked up. Big thumbs up to Zareba Auto Transport as well who conducted the delivery.
