I will not use this company again. This representative was distracted from the start, calling me several times mistakenly for his side business.He had 2 weeks advanced notice yet I never heard anything from him after the initial set up phone call in regards to my business transaction. I had to call him the day before and the day of pick up with no carrier coming to get my car .He only made an effort after I told him our business was done. He called after I was already back home telling me he found a carrier. He never paid attention to the details I gave him. If he did, he would've known that I was already home by then. I had only a few days when I flew down there to pick up this car. It was NEVER picked up. He wasted my time and he will waste yours.
