I called Motor Movers on the day that another company failed to pick up my car or answer any of my calls and inquiries. I was working with a deadline and was very concerned. I am so glad that I called Motor Movers. From the moment she picked up the phone Estelle was amazing. The day I called she walked me through the process, helped get everything in order, and found a carrier that would pick up my car and get to Seattle on time. During the weeks between the order day and the day the car was dropped off in Seattle Estelle made herself completely available to answer questions and ease my concerns. After having been screwed over by another company I was so nervous that I am sure I took more of her time than I should have, but she was always happy to talk. She also called me to be sure that everything was in order and to ward off possible issues. She was available evenings, weekends, and on her personal cell phone. I can't imagine better customer service. The car was picked up and dropped off exactly when she said it would be, so I really could not have asked for more.
I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had no problem being there to answer all your questions, I understand. It's an unfamiliar market, and there is a lot of unnecessary shenanigans out there.
