Overall a positive experience. However, the original fee was to be $525 and raised to $580. While not a deal breaker, I was disappointed it happened. I was told they would honor the $525 but there was no assurance when the vehicle would be picked up. I went with it but looking back on the experience I should have held my ground. Within 48 hours of deciding to use this broker I had a shipper,when I had to postpone (totally my fault) there was another one immediately, however, that is when the price increased. The car did arrive soon after pick up undamaged when promised and it was truly door to door service.
