Scheduling the pick-up was a challenge as the auto transport belonging to a subcontractor broke down and had to be replaced. However, both Motor Movers and the sub called frequently to give me updates. Motor Movers also assured me that it would locate another carrier if necessary to get my vehicle to its destination by the "must deliver" date. As it turned it, the subcontractor's pick-up went very smoothly once we had a new time and date. Further, the car was delivered in plenty of time and in great condition.
