I do apologize for this carrier scratching your car. We do screen all carriers as much as possible before dispatching an order. Unfortunately, damage does happen a small percentage of the time. We forwarded the carriers insurance information to you and your mother as soon as we were notified of the scratches on your vehicle. We also have contacted the carrier and asked that they pay this claim immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience and feel we are doing our part in this unfortunate situation.
