From so many companies to choose from, I choose Motor Movers because of Mary Winfield's outstanding customer service. In fact, I felt as if I was talking to an aunt instead of a salesperson because she explained everything to me and talked to me very nicely, but still being professional at the same time. She never pressured me into signing up right away. We spoke over the phone multiple times (to answer my questions before agreeing to sign up, when the carrier was chosen, the day my car was scheduled to be picked up, and after the delivery) to assure the whole process went by smoothly. I was so worried about my car that she even gave me her cell phone number just in case I had questions on the weekends. Mary is excellent!
