I chose Motor Movers because I needed dependable customer service and reliable shipping. I've moved a lot over the years and I know that no move is perfect. Things happen. But how a company responds is what's important. Whether they ship your car or your goods, having good customer service is vital.

Good customer service for me means: responsive, informed, honest and reliable. Patrick and Motor Movers provided all of these things.

They also tried to get me the best price to ship my car, while being honest at the same time. During the reservation process, Patrick explained potential issues since I was shipping from a major city to smaller town. He also told me the highest someone had recently paid for a similar trip. So I had an idea of what my maximum costs might be.

Although we had trouble finding a carrier for my exact pickup date, Motor Movers stayed in touch with me until we did. They also followed up on the pick up date and after delivery.

And the carrier that they used did a great job too. They arrived a day early and stayed in contact the whole way.
