Patrick was very customer-oriented and truly cared about my satisfaction. He lined up a trucker within a day of my contacting him. He was always available by phone and stayed in contact with me. The car delivery was delivered within 12 hrs. of the originally promised time. Both pickup and delivery were made at the exact requested location. I would recommend Patrick O'Connell highly.
