Billy thank you so much for the review. I appreciate that you had good service with our company, although I am not so sure I agree with you on the carrier. This was a difficult move trying to satisfy you and the guy you traded vehicles with. As you remember your guy did not want to turn loose of the Mustang and Motorcycle until he received your BMW. The carrier had to go from MN to AZ turn around and go back pick up the Mustang and Motorcycle to bring back to you, so yes it did take a week and a half, which we explained this to you. It was just unfortunate that the other person on the other end would not cooperate as well as you. I apologize for you feeling this way, but we can't always make things as smooth as you want them when we don't have cooperation. You are a great customer and I would do business with you again. Thank you and I hope to talk with you again
