Hello, just wanted to drop by and put in a warm review for those folks at MOTOR MOVERS. I had a 79 Malibu I needed shipped from Alabama to way out in the middle of nowhere in upper Michigan. First I got screwed over by "Trusted" Auto Transport out in Vegas, and taken for $560. Scumbag's name is Todd Porter. I called him a scammer and asked for a refund; he emailed back in a haughty tone saying I "didn't know how this industry worked", and he actually had the nerve to ask for an apology. What a piece of work.

So after that ordeal, and feeling twice shy with four weeks now wasted, I contacted other moving companies and couldn't get a straight answer or price from anyone. I contacted one company that said anyone who could move my car for less than $900 was crazy or lying, and telling me what I NEEDED to do was to come up with more money. No specific amount, just "more", so they could get it shipped "sooner." I was feeling pretty discouraged.

Meanwhile Mary was sitting here telling me it would be "no problem" to move in that time frame for $750, which based on what I had seen, seemed sketchy. So at first I told her I declined her terms and conditions and sorry for wasting her time. She was then very helpful and patient in explaining the terms to me, and now I started to feel like she might be honest after all, so I agreed to have them ship the car. One thing that convinced me was she asked me to pay NO deposit up front, only after the car is actually picked up, and the price is then fixed. FOUR DAYS after I contacted her, the car was picked up, and delivered to my home in the middle of nowhere two days later.

That's right. Four weeks of waiting for the first bozo; four DAYS of waiting for Mary. I don't have a phone or internet right now and they brought the car up and delivered it faster than I could even respond or keep up with her emails. The slow part of this transaction was me, not the company. Now that's service.
