Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. Just to assure you that " I received two different emails one with a pick up date of 2/8 and one just had 28" is irrelevant. The system automatically takes dashes out, so it has no bearing on why your vehicle has been delayed getting on a carrier. What does have direct bearing, and which you forgot to mention was 1. Weather condition "the weather condition that we are seeing in the east and southeast are the most severe condition we have ever seen"- MSNBC
2. Your pickup required a carrier that would be willing to leave his truck and send a jumper truck to retrieve your vehicle, because of the narrow street that it was on and because no one at the pickup location could drive a standard.
"There was no apology, no urgency, and no call back".- We spoke several times on the phone and via email regarding the time frame that your car needed to be picked up. However, if you feel that I didnt apologize enough to you, I am sorry your vehicle was delayed in getting assigned to a carrier. I see that another company is still to date looking for a carrier for you, so the best to you- Alice
