I am so grateful I decided to check the BBB before signing the contract for my transport service. I was about to make a big mistake with another company. I found Motor Movers and even though I talked to other companies in Arizona that are rated A+, Jeff was the only one who seems to really care for me, my expectations, needs and situation overall. He took all the time in the world to LISTEN! He kept the comunication with me AT ALL times. He assisted me in getting out of the other contract. This was the only thing that got me very nervous about my relocation and Jeff made me feel releived and confident that everything will be fine with my car. He met me on THANKSGIVING DAY to get my car and drop me home. He send me a picture of my car getting picked up byt the truck and my car was 3 days earlier than what the contract said. Excelent is an understatement to describe his service and happy and satisfied is nothing to describe how I feel about Jeff and his excelent service! I was treated like a relative instead of a customer and that is rare these days in any business line!
