Communication was excellent. I knew when the car was to be picked up, drip off, and how to settle payment. Car was dropped off within walking distance of my location as the road was too narrow for the truck. Most carriers ask to meet them near an interstate requiring a friend to drive me.

Car was dirty but only the usual road dirt. A simple wash and it was good as new.

By far the most professional part of moving cross country.
