I was new to this whole process and very nervous about shipping my husband's car to Washington for him for when he returned from his deployment. Patrick was very understanding about my situation and I was allowed to have my husband's car sent to a friend in Washington since my husband still hadn't made it back yet. He even explained the entire process to me so that I would know what was going on, which made me feel alot better about this process.The car is safe in Washington and my husband is very excited to come home to it! I'm so glad that everything went smoothly and I will be using this company again at the end of Decemeber to ship my car to Washington.
