Misinformed!!!!

I was told my car could be picked up for sure on Friday. I didn't realize this company doesn't have it's own trucks and thus little control. FIND A DIRECT CARRIER and save yourself the trouble. When I called 3 days after placing my order to confirm my vehicle pick up time Mercedes. whom had taken my order said she couldn't find my order and that I didn't place it. Even though my bank had been debited from their company. Foolishly I rebooked. After days of frustration Jon did explain to me how it really works. The company puts out a bid for all carriers to pick up my car. Why do I need them for that when I could have found a direct carrier myself?? Jon was nice and explained what Mercedes should have from the start. Once I understood the process I was sorry I went this way but atleast knew where I stood. Mercedes just made it sound like my car for sure would be picked up on Friday whenr really she had no idea or control of that. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIRECT CARRIER AND CUT THE MIDDLE MAN OUT!!!!!

Brooke we are sorry that you misunderstood the process and we are happy that you received you car in Florida in good condition. People need brokers to assist in the transport process to ensure that the carriers have current insurance and good records with the DOT.
