Where do I even start. I was contacted around 11:00am by pual who was trying to setup the pickup of our vehicle. When he told me they had to drop off a vehicle in our town (eugene) later in the day I told him perfect call me in advance so I could get the vehicle ready to go (out of storage) he said no problem he would call about 45 min before they would be there. At 6:30 pm I received the call that they were about 100 miles away I said okay and headed over to prep the vehicle. They arrived an hour or so later 7:30ish in a black jetta lic# 509 *** ( A young boy in his teens An older man And women) I asked them where the truck was, The boy (paul) told me it was around the corner, it was to long to bring down the street. I said ok lets get the paper work ready. The boy Paul and the older man looked over our vehicle and made notations on their paper work. When finished they asked me to sign the form. As I was looking over the form ( only 1) they kept pointing to where I needed to sign I told them I wanted to look over what I was signing. A tad pushy I must say. When I finally did sign and received my copy I told them I would need to see our vehicle loaded on the trailer before I leave. At that point they told me the second driver had the truck and was dropping off the other car in eugene. I said ok I"ll wait. They made a couple of calls and then said that the driver was dropping off the car at exit 175 (eugene exit 194) and it would be about 15 min. I again said I"ll wait. It is now about 8:45pm no truck and they can"t seem to locate the driver???? I told them that I would drive the vehicle to my house and when they could produce a truck they could pickup the vehicle. They told me they would wait with our vehicle until the truck arrived and send me a picture message of it when it was loaded on the truck. I told them NO gave them my address and told them thats where the vehicle will be. The boy paul tried to explain they do this all the time, they have great reviews and everything would be okay. Now a tad after 9:00pm I decided to call it quits and head home. I surely hope people read this review. I will be filing a report with the B.B.B.
