I had my vehicle picked up and delivered on time, which was great.

There was a small amount of damage to my vehicle that happened while in their possession and they have advised me they will NOT repair the damage. I have had to contact their insurance company directly to action this and start the claim process.
In doing this Motion Auto Carriers are not complying with their insurance laws, and their obligation to resolve this situation.
For this reason only I am giving them a very poor rating.
The transportation was fine, however they have fallen down where is counts, i.e. when there is an issue, and this is the reason I have given them such a poor rating.

If they had been willing to repair the damage that happened to my car while in their possession, then I would have be willing to give them a much better rating.
