I never received a call in advance of delivery. Monte claimed he had the wrong number for me. He never bothered to call contact at origin for a correct number. I had no contract with Monte however he refused to release vehicles. Even after bank verification of funds, vehicles have not been released. I would not let Monte move a bicycle much less a car. A real jerk, stronger words are not appropriate here! AVOID this comp[any at all costs.
