Montway got it done quickly when no one else could!

1. I called Montway on a Saturday afternoon after 2 brokers who said they'd get my truck shipped never did. My truck was picked up on Monday morning from Phoenix, AZ and delivered to me in Hillsboro, OR by Thursday night. Amazing.

2. The process was simple. No harassing phone calls form brokers. No 50 emails in the inbox from brokers. No runaround. I called Montway personally but the entire process can be done online with no hassle.

3. Customer service. The man I spoke to on the phone at Montway was honest and a pleasure to speak with. He answered my questions and did not pressure me. No sales gimmicks and no talk.

4. The price was a little more than some of my mid-range quotes, but those who quoted me those mid-range prices couldn't get my truck shipped. I could've saved over $300 in rental car fees from my car not getting to me in Oregon in time if I had gone with Montway to begin with.

4. The bottom line... is that Montway got the job done in a quick and effortless manner when others could not. Montway has their own trucks, and while they did subcontract my job to an Oregon company, I do believe that them having their own trucks makes a world of difference in how they deal with customers. I had 2-3 brokers say they'd call me back or get back to me within the hr and either never call me back or call back a week later.

I was sent the link to Montway by a friend and I have just highly recommended them to another friend who hs booked his car to be shipped to Connecticut. Save yourself the heartache and choose Montway.
