The driver was a few hours late picking up the car (no real big deal), and one day late dropping it off, but that was due to a mechanical issue w/his truck. He gave us a discount for being one day late. Customer service was great and responded to calls immediately. They helped track our truck when I could not get in touch w/driver. Overall, happy with the service and would use again.
