Carlos, the pick-up driver was very courteous. Whenever I called his cell phone with a question, he answered promptly. Although he was delayed in picking up the car, it was due to a winter storm that was hitting the northeast at the time, and was very understandable. My brother-in-law referred this company to me, he had used Montway to transport 2 cars, and their work was very reliable. I would definitely use Montway again.
