Having never shipped a car before, I think everything went well. Our car was picked up and dropped off promptly and untouched. It was a bit awkward, though, using the online site to set up shipment, because the web site is vague about pickup and drop off times. I believe most individuals would want to set up shipment a week or so ahead of time. As it turned out, Montway had a driver lined up almost immediately, and we were not prepared. A call to Montway got it squared away with another trucking company that was a little more flexible with the pickup date/time. So, the lesson to take away from this is that Montway will have things moving very quickly when you setup a shipment online. Call them afterwards with your particular schedule and concerns.
