This is an excellent company. I had another car moved by AA-1 company, a BBB rating A, which had a very bad customer service. Driver was three days late on pickup, the customer guy was rude and had no idea about the truck status. I searched online again and found only one claim over three years for Montway on BBB. The car was picked up the first day available. Although the car arrived one day later, Mike at the customer service responded to my call proptly and let me know where the truck was.
