Thank you for your review. We have investigated this order and found that the order was booked with our standard service which does not have guaranteed pick-up date options. This means it can take on average 1-5 business days, or longer, to secure a driver. As for the insurance, this charge is processed at the time of booking along with the deposit as it is a separate service from what a carrier provides. We do apologize that it took some time to locate a driver and we hope you were able to complete your move after canceling your order.
