Pick up scheduled for Harlem, NY. Driver not willing to come into Manhattan, only option was for me to drove car to Fort Lee New Jersey & meet truck for pick'up. Very disappointed in logistics which should have been made clear upfront @ booking. Drop-off was no problem overall pleased that car arrived with no isdues...
