I booked around first week of July for my vehicle to be picked up July 22. A week before the pick up day, no updates at all. So I chatted online with their agents. They said they were on it. I think on the 19th, they called me as they finally found a carrier. They wanted to pick up my car on that day itself then deliver it on the 21st. Unfortunately I had to decline as I won't be on the delivery address on that day yet. On the 22nd, they called me and told me my vehicle is going to be picked up on the 24th, 2 days after my booked date. I didn't mind as it was within 5 days which was what they told me to expect. So my car was indeed picked up on the 24th from Colorado, then delivered to California on the 26th. The trucker was very friendly. I chose Montway as everyone I knew who moved, used them as well. I do appreciate them not harassing me with so many phonecalls when I asked for a quote. Will definitely use their service again.
