Hello Dennis, I sincerely apologize for the issues that you experienced. We hold every motor carrier we work with to the highest standards. They must pass a 20+ point inspection process to work with us and we continually monitor to ensure compliance. I'm sorry to hear that the carrier has not met these expectations - your comments have been noted and the concerns will be addressed internally.
