I have used Montway three times to transport fleet vehicles. Each time the transporter did not speak English which made it extremely difficult to communicate with them. The most recent transport I emphasized, several times, a Monday as first available pick up day so our associate would not be bothered on the weekend. Montway ended up contacting them on a Saturday stating they were a hour away to pick up the vehicle. Very inconvenient and they had to change their plans.
