I don't see how Montway could improve their service! I paid an extra fee to have a guaranteed pickup day instead of a multi-day window. This was carefully coordinated with my ReloCube pickup and many other last minute tasks before leaving North Carolina for Oregon. The driver texted me a day early to say that he was in town and could get my car anytime it was convenient. An early pickup that evening was simple and quick. Five days later the local delivery driver in Portland called and we met the next morning at 6 am two blocks from my new residence.
