We set everythng up with someone named Alex who was very helpful. My vehicle was transported from Las Vegas NV to Lake Zurich IL. Everything was fine. I didn't realize that the car would be towed on a nice flatbed to be stored until put on the transport vehicle. This procedure really makes sense that the transport vehicle doesn't have to run around collecting all the cars to be transported. The destination delivery was fine and they called to let me know when they were coming. We paid extra for the guaranteed pickup day which was worth it since flexibility wasn't there on that end. Overall, great service.
