Although montway is a broker like all the other companies, they do a poor job of choosing/vetting which transport companies to use. They try their darnest to shove all liability to the tranpsort company but if you cant get a hold of the transport company for anything what good are they? Montway chooses who they want to go to bed with and the ones they pick are worthless. Its better to pay more and get things done right then to go the el cheapo route and get screwed
