I would never recommend this company to anyone. I picked this company because of the short time I was going to be able to receive me car of 3-4 days. Five days later I call to receive an update and was then told that my car did not even leave the original pickup location (Transporting from Fort Lauderdale,FL to Phoenix,AZ). There was ZERO communication. I had to call multiple times before they finally gave me this information that the car had not left Florida. I was then given the carrier's contact information where I was then promised funding for a rental car. The carrier then came back several hours later stating that they could only give me funding for less than half of the price of the rental car. Fast forward to when they were finally able to drop my car off (more than a week later than promised). I now have a huge scratch on the side of my brand new car. I then tried to contact the carrier and they have now completely ghosted me and sending my calls to voicemail and not returning any text messages. On top of that,I was never given even the partial amount of money that was promised to be returned for the rental car. The carrier clearly does not know how to communicate,nor cared about my car,and has ZERO intention on taking responsibility for their screw ups. I do not want anyone to go through what I did. DO NOT USE THEM!
