Hello Rod, we are sorry to learn about the inconvenience. We do our best to deliver the best service possible. Transparency is very important to us. Motorcycle logistics is an incredibly specialized field. Unfortunately, your service area is seeing substantially less availability at this time. Well beyond anticipated. Such situations are, unfortunately, not within anyone's control. This is one of the many reasons we cannot and do not promise or guarantee delivery dates for motorcycle orders. We provided alternative options that would be effective in getting your bike moved. But it seems you have declined. We're sorry this did not work out for you.
