Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience. As a business, it is important that we provide the best service possible. It is also important that we show ownership of any issues. As it helps us grow and improve.
Our services as a broker are to dispatch your car to a licensed and insured carrier per the specifics of your booking. Of course, we may present alternative options, such as an open carrier, if you are shipping enclosed. As enclosed trucks are not as readily available. But at no point should an alternative option be dispatched without your absolute approval.
I am not sure where this confusion with the dispatcher occurred. But, I will say that it is being addressed with the appropriate manager. And will be resolved. Again, I apologize for the frustration and confusion this has created.
