I can't say enough good things about my experience with Montway! From start to finish, they did what they said they would, when they said they would. They told me I'd get a call within a 5-7 days with a pick up date. We got the call and scheduled a pick up. 2 days before the pick up they called to say that due to the severe weather (over New Years 2022) that pick up would be delayed 2 days and gave us a new date with a 3 hour pick up window. Our vehicle was picked up within that window. 5 days later, my daughter got a call that the car would be delivered in a 2 hour window the next evening. The car arrived 30 minutes early. Excellent communication and service throughout the process! A much better experience than I had with shipping 2 other cars cross country.
