I switched from another dispatch service after waiting 2 1/2 weeks. I was told the issue was my remote location. I Was quoted a 5 day dispatch date from start of service. I expected working days but was called on a Sunday that they had a freighter who was willing to pick up the car. That was technically the 5th day. The car was transported from NW PA to Arizona and arrived before Christmas, within 5 days from pickup. I am very pleased with the service.
