While we had hoped for a pickup date closer to the first available day, Montway met every reasonable expectation. Every one of our many calls was handled promptly, courteously and honestly. Our pickup required dispatch of two alternates because the primary selection and first alternate had mechanical difficulties. But Montway quickly resolved both situations and still met their obligation without any additional charge or hoopla of which I was apprehensive. This was my second experience with Montway. I have already recommended them to a friend for a Florida delivery and she too, was pleased.
