I live in Northern California. I was on vacation in Palm Desert, when the service 4 wheel drive light came on in my car.I took it to a dealer and the service writer said the transfer case was broken, but a replacement part was unavailable. It was not safe to drive it 500 miles home, so I had no choice but to use a car carrier. I called Montway & scheduled a carrier. They had their own problems getting a driver for me in the limited time I had before I had to be out of my rental. To their credit they stayed with it until the got a carrier to me one day before I had to be out of my rental. Saved me a lot of stress and money.
