While this is not the experience we strive for our customers to have, we would like to apologize to you for the lack of communication you received. Please note our representatives reached out repeatedly to the driver for an update and unfortunately didn't hear back from the driver until days later. We value your concerns and have notified our carrier relations team to help prevent this type of issue with future orders.
